Dmitry Balakin

Dmitry Balakin, graduated in 1991 cum laude from the Institute of Asian and African Studies, Moscow State University. In 1993 finished the Wits Business School MBA course (University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, SA). Dmitry worked for Hollard Insurance Group and First National Bank, Johannesburg, for ten years. In 2005 he returned to Russia to take up the post of Deputy General Director of Alfastrakhovanie Group. In 2007 Dmitry moved to MDM Bank as Deputy Head of the Retail Division, and in late 2008 he joined CiV Life.
