Requirements:
- higher education (economics, finance, mathematics)
- practical experience in reporting, statistics and analysis in Finance, Controlling, Sales Controlling
- English upper-intermediate (written and oral), German will be considered as a plus
- advanced PC user, good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Business Objects - is a plus
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy, attention to details, ability to self-study, ability to work on multi tasks
- Experience of insurance, banking is a big plus
Main responsibilities:
- Performing of regular analysis, monitoring of KPI’s
- Performing of daily MIS sales reports
- Ad-hock reporting upon request of BoM, Sales and other departments
- Calculation of agency commission
- Reconciliation of agency commission with Partner–company, coordination of signing of commission acts
- Delivery of commission reports for quarterly financial closing
- Monitoring of sales contests, tracking of winners lists
- Monitoring of partner’s sales structure and reflection of changes in Portfolio system
- Communicating with Partner–company re sales reporting and commissions
- Communication with internal depts re sales figures and commissions
- Participation in development of new products
- Participation on Portfolio system development, check and approval of technical descriptions
- Testing of Portfolio system in part of sales reporting, sales structure and commissions
Duties:
- Outgoing calls to clients;
- Recording of information on the basis of each phone call;
- Mass mailings to clients;
- Mass SMS campaigns to clients;
- Communicating with other company divisions;
- Processing inquiries from other company divisions;
- Working with requests and complaints from clients.
Requirements:
- Accuracy and precision;
- Structured approach to work;
- Knowledge of MS Excel;
- Responsibility, ability to interact socially and take the initiative;
- Ability to work after 18:00 and on weekends;
- Experience of Call center work – preferable.
